BeautyMark'd By Rula is owned and operated by Rula Hill, a licensed and certified Permanent Makeup Artist.  With a passion for the beauty industry and 16 years with business management experience, Rula decided to change her career and become a permanent makeup artist.

Rula is very passionate about her art and is a perfectionist by nature. She has a keen eye for design and passion for enhancing natural beauty using subtle definition, custom cosmetic artistry, permanent makeup techniques, and color theory.

She takes her time with each client and ensures that each client experiences quality customer service throughout the entire treatment. During the procedures, we work with the highest quality of pigments, needles and equipment. We want to give our clients the convenience and gift of ever lasting beauty.

BeautyMark'd By Rula operates in cleanliness and best practices. We completed proper training in blood-borne pathogens and hold permanent cosmetic insurance.  Our studio only uses high-quality, 100% disposable and hypoallergenic tools and materials to ensure each clients safety.  Our goal is to ensure that each client's experience is nothing less than exceptional!
