Permanent Eyebrow Procedure
In order for any permanent makeup procedure to heal properly (and look their best) these Pre & Post Care Instructions found below are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! Pre-Care instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure will dilute the pigment color and lead to poor results!
FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE POLICIES & PREPARATION INFORMATION WITHIN WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
COVID ALERT:
If you are receiving the COVID vaccine, you must book either 4 weeks BEFORE your first shot (if getting 2) or 4 weeks AFTER your second shot. This 4 week window before or after your vaccine is important, as we've seen reports that taking the vaccine close to a permanent cosmetic procedure may lead to excess swelling in the area.
Must be 18 years or older.
Can not be pregnant or breastfeeding
DO NOT pick/tweeze/wax/perform electrolysis one week before the procedure
Must be off accutane for 1 full year
No Latisse on brow area (or area where work is being done) for 3 weeks; if you're getting eyeliner done, no latisse on lash area!
DO NOT tan two weeks prior or have sunburned face/skin. Appointment will be rescheduled.
DO NOT have any type of facial 2 weeks prior to treatment
DO NOT work out the day of the procedure.
DO NOT have botox 3 weeks prior
DO NOT take Fish Oil or Vitamin E one week prior (natural blood thinners)
DO NOT drink alcohol 24 - 48 hours before your tattoo
DO NOT consume coffee or any caffeine before your procedure
DO NOT take an aspirin or ibuprofen for pain relief (this thins the blood)
DO NOT wax or tint brows for 1 week before, the longer the better.
Avoid any chemical treatments, peels, abrasion, or ANY invasive treatment for at least 4-6 weeks prior to your visit.
Discontinue Vitamin A and Retinol products for 1 month prior to appointment.
Discontinue Accutane 12 months prior to appointment.
Avoid Alcohol, Caffiene, Pre-Workouts, and Energy Drinks for 24-48 hours prior to appointment.
Avoid all blood thinning medications/supplements for 7-14 days prior to your appointment.
Always consult with your physician before stopping use of prescription medication. If you are unsure of one of your supplements or medications, please call your technician or physician for clarification. If you have have any medical condition that may increase your risk of infection and/or impede your healing process, you must provide a doctor's note for clearance of the procedure. PERMANENT EYELINER PRE-CARE
Arrive WITHOUT any eye makeup or eyelashes on.
Remove eyelash extensions one week prior to eyeliner procedure.
Discontinue Latisse and any other lash growth serum for a minimum of 4 weeks prior.
No lash tinting, lifting, perming or curling for a minimum of one week prior.
If you wear contacts, please do not wear them to your appointment and refrain from wearing them for a minimum of 24 hours after procedure is finished.
Do not work out 48 hours before procedure.
NO alcohol or caffeine 48 hours before procedure (Yes, there is caffeine in decaf coffee and tea!).
Avoid sun and tanning on your face two weeks prior to procedure.
Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 48 hours before procedure.
Avoid Fish Oil, Prenatal Vitamins, Nutritional Shakes, ("Hair, Skin, Nail" supplements two weeks prior to procedure.
Discontinue Retin-A, Chemical and Laser Peels, Microdermabrasions, Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), and any chemical exfoliant or "brightening" skincare at least 6 weeks prior.
PRE-CARE FOR LIP BLUSH
As a necessary precaution, we require ALL of our Lip clients to take an anti-viral medication for one week (5 days) prior to your appointment and two days post procedure. Examples of antiviral medications: Zovirax, Famvir or Valtrex. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
Begin your Anti-Viral medication 5 days prior to procedure.
Exfoliate your lips everyday with a lip scrub prior to treatment date, and apply a lip moisturizer nightly. (We recommend to apply organic honey) If lips are too dry the needle will not penetrate correctly - which may result in multiple sessions.
Do not work out 48 hours before procedure.
NO alcohol, caffeine or stimulants 48 hours before procedure (Yes, there is caffeine in decaf coffee and tea!).
Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.

Avoid Fish Oil, Primrose Oil, Prenatal Vitamins, Nutritional Shakes, Hair, Skin, and Nail supplements for a minimum of 48 hours prior to procedure.
Discontinue Retin-A, and Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) at least 6 weeks prior
Must wait a minimum 6 months after lip fillers and 6 weeks after touch-up. It is possible to have poor color retention in lips that have had injections within 6-12.
Wait six months after lip implant and get written clearance from your surgeon

DEPOSIT
A $50 deposit is required to book and hold your appointment. The remainder is due during your scheduled appointment. It is non-refundable. If, you are a no show or late to your appointment, we have the right to keep the deposit for the time we have reserved for you. We hope you understand, everyone's time is valuable.
LATE POLICY
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. If, your appointment will have to be cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.
PRICING
We are subject to change pricing at any given time. Client's who booked in advance before a rate change, will not be effected by the updated pricing.

As a courtesy to our clients, we will call or/and text to remind you of your appointment two business days prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees. We offer this reminder as a courtesy.
